No, of course not those Golden Arches. These arches are in La Perouse Bay, Makena, Maui, a dive site I have never been to. I mean, I have dove La Perouse Bay, but that is a big bay, really 3 bays, but I have not dived that particular site.
I went out with Maui Diamond today because they advertised a “wild card” dive day, meaning they wouldn’t go to the usual spots (Molokini, Lana’i). The first dive, as noted above, was new for me, but the second was a fairly popular dive site that I have done a few times, but not in years. So one “wild” card and one “not-so-wild” card. But Red Hill is a nice dive, so I did not mind. It is also doable from shore, especially with scooters.
They were good dives, though. About 18 critter pictures for you to enjoy.
